The aim of the Mahjong Flower Tower is to remove all of the tiles from the board. To remove the tiles, you will have to click on matching pairs of tiles that must also be free. Free tiles are the ones that are not covered by any other tiles. The Flower and Season tiles are exceptions because they can be paired with different sets of tiles. You can have three times to shuffle the remaining tiles. The best part about the game is that there are numerous layouts that you can choose from to start playing this game.
