You can understand that the tile is blocked if you cannot select it. On making the match, the two tiles will be removed. You should look to make matches of identical tiles but the fruit tile can be matched with any other fruit tiles. The same goes with the flower tiles. So, to win the game you will have to remove all the tiles from the play area.
